Project Manager – Design & Build Project (Drogheda)

New Build scheme valued close to €15M. 18-month programme starting late September / early October. Excellent salary and good project location.

Rightpath Construction Recruitment is delighted to a be working with a highly reputable medium sized building contractor who has the requirement for a Project Manager to lead in the delivery of a Design & Build Contact in Drogheda. The project, valued close to €15M has an 18-month programme which will be starting in late September early October.

The development has a 2-storey traditional build structure to it, with a façade, trust roof and good finish to the scheme. There is additional civils works to the package including access roads and a small car parking area. Excellent salary and good project location to beat the city centre traffic.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to deliver project on time and to perfection
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
• To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
• Ensuring that end product meets clients expectation in relation to build and finish
• Reporting to Construction Director

Requirements:

• Extensive main contracting background is essential
• Previous €5+ project experience
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Self-motivated and hard worker
• Strong team building skills
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important
• Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent written and oral presentation skill
