Project Manager - Facade/Fitout - Limerick

Inform3 Recruitment are seeking a Project Manager for Façade and Fitout on a €30m Project in Limerick City.

This contractor is on multiple large-scale projects across Limerick and will be in the area long-term. Excellent employee benefits on offer with this Company.

Job Title: Project Manager - Façade/Fitout

Job Location: Limerick City

Salary: €75,000 - €90,000 & Vehicle/fuel

Sector: Commercial

The Role

• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between Contracts manager and the senior foreman
• Preparing draft preliminaries and attending meetings with design
• Carrying out PDPs with all direct reports
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors with buying schedule in line with QS
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Experience across 2-3 different industry sectors required
• Good organisation skills
• Must be commercially aware
• Experience in stakeholder management and reporting on PDP etc. while liaising with all regulatory bodies
• Tier 1 experience is a preferred
• Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
• The Ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Excellent IT and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Have a keen eye for detail and finishes.
