Fit-Out Project Manager – Dublin

INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Fit-Out Project Manager, for high-end residential developments in Dublin. The successful candidate will work for a client who has been in the industry for over 55 years. The client is a specialist within the industry and is known for exceeding expectations and receiving various awards in recognition for their high-quality workmanship.  

The client is seeking a candidate who has previous experience working on projects involving Listed Buildings, Conservation and Restoration.

Fit-Out Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Contracts Manager regarding the progress of each project
• Create and implement project programmes
• Be the point of contact for the client establishing specific requirements and ensuring they are met
• Liaise with sub-contractors and site management communicating on objectives, deadlines and timelines
• Ensure projects are on time and on budget
• Attend and Chair Site Meetings when appropriate
• Monitor and control the quality of projects
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed on each project
• Ensure projects are maintained in accordance with Health and Safety legislation
• Issue monthly reports and provide feedback to the Contracts Manager
• Provide leadership to all of the project team
• Attend Senior Management meetings

Fit-Out Project Manager Specification:

• Construction Management Degree or Background
• 8 years plus experience in a similar role
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Extensive leadership skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Previous experience in the fit-out industry
• Full Driving License
