About the Company:

INFORM3 are recruiting for Fit-Out Site & Project Managers to work on offices, bars, restaurants and retail units across Dublin.

The successful candidates will join a specialist fit-out contractor that has been nominated and presented with countless awards for their top-quality projects.

The client is seeking candidates that are like minded with regarding to taking pride in their work and ensuring projects are finished to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Contracts Manager.
• Direct and coordinate each site as per the project programme.
• Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete.
• Conduct progress meetings, measuring against deadlines.
• Regularly make record of site activities and progress with the site diary.
• Monitor and control all levels of workmanship.
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed.
• Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to.
• Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately.
• Alert the various site teams to client’s specific requirements ensuring they expectations are surpassed.
• Attend and Chair Site Meetings.

Specification:

• Construction Management Degree / background.
• 4 years plus experience in a similar role.
• Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background.
• Able to manage and motivate.
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full Driving License.
