INFORM3 are recruiting for a leading interiors and fit-out contractor who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Dublin-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are achieved.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of fast-paced projects across commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors.

 

Project Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interior fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Manage project costs, variations, and commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and handed over successfully.

Project Manager Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within interiors, fit-out, construction, or refurbishment projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial fit-out projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Full driving licence.
