INFORM3 are recruiting for a busy fit-out and construction contractor who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across Ireland.

This is a nationwide, site-based role requiring regular travel to various project locations, managing delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects across different sites nationwide.
• Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, delivery, and handover.
• Develop and maintain programmes, budgets, and project schedules.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants across multiple locations.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Attend regular site meetings and client progress meetings across Ireland.
• Monitor project performance and report to senior management.
• Manage procurement, materials, and resource allocation across sites.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships across all active projects.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, fit-out, refurbishment, or specialist contracting.
• Strong ability to manage multiple live sites simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to be constantly on the road.
• Carpentry and timber construction knowledge desirable as well as Structural steel installation, Glazing systems and façade works.
