INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality marine Fit-Out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent client management and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced manufacturing and installation environment.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of marine Fit-Out projects from contract award through to handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate design, procurement, production, installation and commissioning activities.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Manage commercial performance, variations and project risks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Chair project meetings and prepare regular progress reports.
• Support continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing Fit-Out, marine, interior, construction or manufacturing projects.
• Strong planning, organisational and commercial management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Full UK driving licence.
