Inform3 are recruiting a Project Manager for a busy Civil Engineer Contractor with over 60 Years experience in all types of civils projects for a road refurbishment and other civil projects based in County Laois.

The client seeks someone with at least 5 years similar experience working on civil based projects.

Project Manager Job Role:

• Oversee structural activity
• Able to multi-task and mentor Junior Engineers
• Ordering in materials
• Assist in controlling traffic on-site
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Attend weekly meetings to update senior management, clients and directors on the progress of the project.
• Represent the Company at all project meetings
• Supervise works and check the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and ensure the site team adheres to them also.
• Co-ordinate site meetings
   

Project Manager Job Requirements:

• 5+ Years relevant experience on civils projects
• Heavy Civils Knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Civil Engineer/Construction Management Degree would be beneficial
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
