Inform3 are currently working with a top civils contractor seeking a Project Manager for a utility/infrastructure project based in Offaly/Kildare.

The client is seeking candidates with 10 years of experience with at least 4 of these being in a Project Management role showing demonstrable career progression.

Project Manager Job Role:

• Oversee structural activity and staff
• Manage sub-contractors, labourers and staff
• Able to multi-task and mentor Junior Engineers
• Ordering in materials
• Assist in controlling traffic on-site
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Attend weekly meetings to update senior management, clients and directors on the progress of the project.
• Supervise works and check the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and ensure the site team adheres to them also.
• Co-ordinate site meetings
   

Project Manager Job Requirements:

• 4+ Years relevant experience as Project Manager
• Communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Previous experience working for a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK on utility/infrastructure type projects
• Civil Engineer/Construction Management Degree
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
