Inform3 Recruitment are on the lookout for experienced Project Managers in the residential sector. They will be working on the client side on a Large mixed use development scheme in Dublin.

About the Company

Irelands biggest developers have acquired a huge site in Dublin. The site is unique in that it has many of its amenities in place including parklands, playgrounds and retail units. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to get on board with a progressive company.

The Role

• Working closely with the Construction Director / Sub contractors / Client & Design Team
• Ensure all best practices for health and safety are being followed.
• Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.
• Overseeing & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery.
• Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Planning and programming of work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Management, 3 of which must be in a Project Management or Senior Project Engineering role.
• Experience within high rise RC Frame and Residential is essential.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
