PROJECT MANAGER – Shopfitting

INFORM3 Recruitment are on the lookout for Project Managers who prefer to be Northern Ireland based without being away Monday – Friday every week.

We are recruiting on behalf of a contractor who has just won a high end shop fit out in London and are keen to expand the team in Northern Ireland. This is mainly an office based role with some site visits required to London but no overnight stays. You fly over and back on the same day for a client meeting (every few weeks).

Fit Out / Shopfitting background a preference  

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Clients and Site Foreman daily.
• Plan, organise and co-ordinate projects from start to completion.
• Deal with the client on any issues that may arise.
• Recruit Sub-Contractors.
• Produce and implement project programme of works.
• Collate H&S Information

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Contracts or Project Manager.
• A track record of delivering large projects (around £1M).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of producing works programmes and working with site based teams to ensure delivery of the programme.
• Computer literate
