INFORM3 are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager to join one of Ireland’s largest and most established building contractors on a major mixed-use development in Limerick.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role within a high-profile development, overseeing the delivery of a large-scale project incorporating residential and mixed-use elements. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing site operations, coordinating project teams and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of the project.
• Manage site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, site teams and external consultants.
• Monitor project progress against programme, budgets and key milestones.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and building regulations.
• Maintain strict health and safety and quality control standards across the site.
• Manage procurement, labour, plant and material requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues as they arise.
• Liaise with clients, design teams and senior management.
• Drive productivity and ensure the successful delivery of project targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Strong background in large-scale residential or mixed-use construction projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams and project programmes.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and building regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of a project and deliver against deadlines.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and quality standards.
