Project Planner/Coordinator                            County Down                           £25-35k

A leading Construction company based in South County Down has an immediate requirement to recruit a Coordinator to join their Production team.

The successful candidate should have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally and effectively with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient management of the supply chain. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that orders, materials and products are produced to brief, to the highest standard and within the timeframes given.
  • Create and maintain the critical path for each order and material, ensuring dates are hit.
  • Liaise and communicate with the wider team to ensure all materials are compliant.
  • Keep other departments and teams updated on order progress.
  • Organising checking of pre-production and mass production to ensure compliance.
  • Manage, material and project budgets.
  • Manage material spreadsheets
  • Support management with required duties.

Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in a production/supply chain role coordinating materials
  • Competent Microsoft Office user and experience with spreadsheet management and data entry
  • Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team setting.
  • Ability to use own initiative whenever needed.
