Project Quantity Surveyor – North Dublin
The Company
Award winning Irish grown leading building contractor are looking for a project quantity surveyor, with multimillion-euro projects, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual performance of building projects.

The Role
- As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Post tender and pre contract activities
- Familiarisation with the tender file
- Assisting with preparing commercial targets for the project.
- Procurement of subcontractors
- Attending pre-award meetings
- You will be responsible for documentation and schedules, applications, variation schedules, measurement, controlling accounts, payments, in-house reports, contractual correspondence and final account.
- Post contract you will finalise subcontractor accounts and complete all filing and other documentation.
What you need
- Degree in QS or equivalent discipline
- 3+years’ experience with building contractor
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Organisational skills are crucial
- Excellent Communication skills / verbal and written.
- Proficient with IT software and packages.
