Project Quantity Surveyor – Wicklow
The Company
Building contractors-based in Dublin are looking a Project Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Wicklow to manage a mixed-use development project. This contractor is a family run business for the last 45 years, producing award winning developments. You will be provided with an attractive salary and support from your Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Role
- Responsibility for one project and working closely with the project team throughout delivery
- Cost Management, ensuring the projects remains in budget
- Prepare tendering projects
- Providing support within Project Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- Effective management of main contract and subcontract accounts
- Preparing interim valuations, identifying and valuing variations
- Dealing with Contractual matters
What you need
- Third level qualification in QS or Construction management.
- 5+ years’ experience
- Experience working with building construction and managing projects
- Cost management & administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills.
