The Company
Leading NI Contractor seeking Quantity Surveyor to be based in Co. Down. Building contractor seeking an experienced individual to over building project. You will be supported by Senior staff, this contractor works on healthcare, education, housing, commercial and industrial.

The Role
As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Post tender and pre contract activities
- Familiarisation with the tender file
- Assisting with preparing commercial targets for the project.
- Procurement of subcontractors
- Attending pre-award meetings
- You will be responsible for documentation and schedules, applications, variation schedules, measurement, controlling accounts, payments, in-house reports, contractual correspondence and final account.
- Post contract, you will finalise subcontractor accounts and complete all filing and other documentation.
What you need
- Degree in QS or equivalent discipline
- 5+years’ experience with building contractor
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Organisational skills are crucial
- Excellent Communication skills / verbal and written.
- Proficient with IT software and packages.
