Project Quantity Surveyor –Europe
The Company
NI Civils contractor working across several European countries are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with at least 5+ years’ experience in order to oversee the commercial responsibilities and an understanding of site management would be beneficial and you will be dealing with elements of procurement. Salary will be reflective of travel requirements.
The Role
- Responsibility for one project and working closely with the project team throughout delivery
- Cost Management, ensuring the projects remains in budget
- Prepare tendering projects
- Providing support within Project Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- Procurement
- Effective management of main contract and subcontract accounts
- Preparing interim valuations, identifying and valuing variations
- Dealing with Contractual matters
What you need
- Third level qualification in QS or Construction management.
- 5+ years’ experience
- Experience within civils
- Cost management & administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills.
