Purchasing Administrator                 Co. Armagh            £ 25-35K

Inform3 are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join our client’s team who are based in County Armagh that is easily commutable from Banbridge, Lisburn and Portadown.

This role is suited to someone who has 2 years administration experience and has the ability to learn on the job and work within a great team that strive for improvement.

You will work alongside the Purchasing Coordinator and provide support across the whole purchasing functions.

Roles Include:

  • To carry out and maintain any relevant and updating of all systems that are required.
  • To deal with and prioritise all invoices and purchasing orders that are requested.
  • To deal with customers on a regular basis face-to-face or on the phone and assist with anything that may require.
  • Maintaining pricing databases and customer files and ensure that they are correctly monitored.
  • Be responsible for reporting and developing regular reports on a daily basis.
  • To complete all tenders within the time frame that is required.
  • To adhere to the companies Rules & Regulations and follow them accordingly.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ years’ experience within an Administrator role.
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes.
  • Excellent Customer Service relations.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and Windows.
  • Has strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle and control workload when necessary.
