Job Title – Purchasing Assistant
Job Location – Belfast City / Hybrid Working
Salary - £22K - £25K

The Role
- Ordering Materials as required
- Supporting the Senior Commercial Team
- Carrying out Purchase Requisitions
- Following up and resolving invoice queries
- Using Computerised Costing Systems
- Processing any tickets from deliveries
- General Admin Duties
Requirements
- Similar experience in a purchase Ledger role is essential
- Experience with data input, analysis and administration
- Strong IT Skills and competent with all Microsoft and Outlook programmes
