QS/Portfolio Manager – Dublin

This dynamic role is with a market leader in land, property and construction finance. This is a very specialised role, comprising of two core elements, you will be utilising your skills and expertise as a Quantity Surveyor, alongside working closely with analyst team as the Portfolio Manager to oversee the projects.
The Role:
- As a professional quantity surveyor, you will effectively stand in the client’s shoes and manage the costs and legal processes of building projects.
- Full contract responsibility for both design and build work stages.
- End to end reporting to commercial management from procurement to final accounts.
- Providing detailed cost management services direct to a variety of clients.
- Assuming responsibility in overseeing the deliverance of developments, including site visits and ensuring sub-contractors are compliant.
- As a business analyst you will work closely with the analyst team, inspecting and surveying future projects.
- Assessing the costs and investigating subcontractors and referencing their previous work.
- Doing full assessment of the project from the initial borrowing stage, completing application, being vigilant with timeframes and overseeing the completion of the applications.
You will have:
- 5-10 years’ experience
- Ideally you will have some experience with banking/finances
- Confident in communication skills/verbal and written.
- Attention to detail, exemplary organisational skills.
