Quality Compliance Manager - Northern Ireland

Quality Compliance Manager            Co. Monaghan               €50-60K

Our successful client company based in County Monaghan are currently looking for a Quality Compliance Manager to promote and maintain their high standards in truly delivering person-centred care for our service users and help them to become continue to be an ‘Outstanding’ service.

As a key member and being the Manager, you’ll be able to understand, detail and communicate all new developments and applicable changes in relation to their sector.

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

  • To interpret, adopt and embed system of quality assurance.
  • Manage, maintain and update audit systems.
  • Monitor best practice and legislative changes that affect the industry, translating this into working policy documents.
  • Revise and review policies and procedures.
  • Support the team to ensure we are delivering a quality and compliant service.
  • Undertake site visits, to complete a full compliance audit.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and management of training for all staff.
  • To provide a high level of daily support in respect of quality assurance and compliance across the group.
  • To meet with various stakeholders in different forums such as meetings, surveys, observations.
  • To inspire the quality of service throughout the organisation.
  • To produce periodic reports including for KPI returns, internal monitoring systems and as part of directed initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A professional qualification within the supervisory or management field (ILM Level3 or equivalent).
  • A professional qualification within the health & safety field (NEBOSH certificate or equivalent).
  • Experience in working in a similar role within a manufacturing process environment.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing process environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • “Can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to establish and work towards achieving targets.
