Role Overview:

The Quality/Environment Documentation Control position is a full-time role ideal for a recent graduate (minimum Level 6) with proficiency in the Irish language. The primary responsibility is to manage and maintain the Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Management Systems (EMS), ensuring all procedures are met and documented accurately. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to establish and uphold efficient document control processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Management Systems (EMS).
  • Ensure compliance with QMS and EMS procedures, documenting all processes accurately.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and prepare for external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Establish and maintain efficient document control processes, including classification, storage, and accessibility.
  • Manage document revisions and version control.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with operational needs.
  • Provide training and support to staff on QMS and EMS procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Generate reports on QMS and EMS performance metrics, analyzing data for continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Essential: Recent Graduate (Level 6 minimum) in a relevant field.
  • Essential: Proficiency in the Irish language.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Management Systems (EMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to conduct and prepare for audits.
  • Familiarity with document control processes and version management.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for documentation and reporting.
