Salary – £35K - £45K BOE

 

About the Company:

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Manufacturing Company based in Dungannon. The business is currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join their ever-expanding team.

This is an exciting time to join a highly dedicated team of motivated individuals, with a lot happening and an eager attitude for work. The successful candidate should have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the Manufacturing.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Being an expert for quality control and management of custom manufactured produce.
  • Develop and determine all standards to preform inspection and tests on all procedures.
  • To carry out inspections and audits to validate the quality of all areas across production and despatch to ensure that it is up to customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all documentation to the highest standard and inform all departments and senior members of staff of all information that is necessary.
  • Provide and participate in training to achieve a high level of performance.
  • To follow and implement all SOPs on a daily basis and to ensure that all employees are adhering to them.
  • Perform surveillance visits of all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and liaise with key stakeholders across the business.

 

The successful candidate should have 3 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer or similar, with this they should hold extensive knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry.

 

Experience Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of Quality Control and Planning.
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Proficient computer skills.
