A Medical Device company are looking to recruit a Quality Manager to maintain an independent quality overview of the company’s processes and outputs. The ideal candidate should have around 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role and within the industry.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Direct responsibility for all the quality processes and procedures within the business.
  • Ensure that the Quality Management System is maintained for product manufacturing, control, storage and distribution processes.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures for all Quality actions within the business.
  • Being an expert for quality control and management of medical device produce.
  • Preform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, execute and analyse quality reporting measures.
  • Assist and manage other functional department employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures. 
  • Engage with the supply chain and project team for a correct deployment of quality processes.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audit.

Experience and Knowledge:

The successful individual will have around 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role. They should have a relevant qualification relating to the job role and a keen passion and positive attitude for the industry operating in. The candidate should also have knowledge of different medical device/pharmaceutical quality systems in order to excel in the role.
