Quality Manager - Limerick

Quality Manager            County Limerick          €55-60k

INFORM3 are recruiting for a Quality Manager to maintain an independent quality overview over our client’s processes and outputs. The ideal candidate should have around 5 years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience designing, implementing and overseeing quality improvements in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Take direct responsibility for all the quality processes and procedures
  • Ensure that the Quality Management Systems are maintained for manufacturing, control, storage and distribution processes
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures for all Quality actions within the business.
  • Being an expert for quality control and management of medical device produce
  • Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
  • Develop, execute and analyse quality reporting measures
  • Assist and manage other functional department employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards are adhered to and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures
  • Engage with the supply chain and project team for a correct deployment of quality processes
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Substantial commercial experience as a Quality Manager within a GMP environment.
  • Experience with implementing & reporting quality metrics
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders through to successful completion within time constraints.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to motivate others to achieve results.
  • Knowledge of standards and outcomes for quality, health and safety
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
