Quality Manager                Co. Armagh                 £30-40K

INFORM3 are recruiting for a Quality Manager to maintain an independent quality overview over our client’s processes and outputs. The ideal candidate should have around 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience implementing and overseeing quality improvements in the manufacturing sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the quality team in the production facility and corresponding with all types of product checks.
• To drive the company standards to the best of your ability such as training, communicating effectively and improve the development processes for the production team.
• Ensure that the quality management systems are maintained for control, storage and distribution processes.
• To provide and carry out analysis of Office of Financial and Insurance Services and elimination any issues.
• Assist and manage other functional department employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards are adhered to and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures.
• Research and develop any new ideas within the industry and analyse them to see how they would be beneficial.
• Provide analysis of production figures for waste and to review and discuss as needed.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years’ experience working within a Quality Control Environment.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Motivated and willing to learn and grow within the role.
• Effective team member.
