Quality Manager Cork €80-100k
INFORM3 are recruiting for a Quality Manager to maintain an independent quality overview over our client’s processes and outputs. The ideal candidate should have around 5 years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience designing, implementing and overseeing quality improvements in the mechanical sector.

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Take direct responsibility for all the quality processes and procedures
- Ensure that the Quality Management Systems are maintained for manufacturing, control, storage and distribution processes
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures for all Quality actions within the business.
- Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
- Develop, execute and analyse quality reporting measures
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Assist and manage other functional department employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards are adhered to and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures
- Engage with the supply chain and project team for a correct deployment of quality processes
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
Experience and Knowledge:
- Substantial commercial experience as a Quality Manager within the mechanical sector
- Experience with implementing & reporting quality metrics
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders through to successful completion within time constraints.
- Proven ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to motivate others to achieve results.
- Knowledge of standards and outcomes for quality, health and safety
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
