The Role
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Cost Control
- Measure, package, procure and manage subcontractor accounts to ensure competitive rates and prices
- Liaising with client /design team & subcontractors
- Prepare /assess applications, internal valuations/cost value, reconciliations and subcontractor liability reports
- QS duties, including measurements, valuation and agreement or work sections
What you need
- 5+years’ experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication written and verbal
