Specialised construction company looking a Quantity Surveyor based in newly refurbished offices and to join the contracts division. This company have projects covering retail, commercial, industrial, educational, agricultural.
The Role
- Assisting in the achievement of agreed services
- Prepare costing and accounts
- Commercial management of projects
- Contract terms
- Negotiation
- Subcontractor procurement
- Payment applications
- Cash collection
- Agreement of variations and final accounts
- Budget monitoring
- Forecasting and reporting on profit and loss status
What you need
- Degree qualified in QS
- Experience dealing with both sub-contractors and clients
- Proficient on Microsoft Office & Excel
- Self-motivated and organised
