The Company
Family run property developer based in Derry is looking for a Quantity Surveyor!
Projects across commercial and residential including supermarkets, leisure, hotels, retail and private housing, offices.
With an impressive portfolio of works in both Northern Ireland and the UK and well-known clients this company has been successfully carving a name for themselves for the last 40 years.
The Role
- Managing cost of projects from inception to completion
- Estimating
- Producing Bills of Quantities
- Cash flow management on allocated Project
- Site Visits and Attending Site Meetings
- CVR’s and monthly Cost reporting
Criteria
- Degree qualified in QS
- Experience with residential/developers
- 4+ years’ experience
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
