Quantity Surveyor – Co Louth
The Company
Building contractor with companies in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the UK, are on the lookout for Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the Dublin commercial team, you will be report into the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. The project you will oversee is residential with over 200 units. This contractor has a portfolio of some of the most prestigious housing developments. The company is experiencing growth and expanding, there will be opportunity for career progression over time.
The Role
- Preparation and updating of contact budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Liaison with Surveying Manager
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team
What you need
- Degree in QS/relevant discipline
- 4+ years’ experience
- Experience with Residential
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Packages.
