The Company
Family run Dublin based construction company worked predominantly on Residential developments across Dublin are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years’ experience to work on site reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Specialising in Design & Build for commercial buildings, warehouses, offices and residential.
The Role
- Cost control and monitoring
- Subcontractor and supplier procurement
- Assisting with tenders and completing tenders
- Monthly valuations and variations
- Programming of works
- Contract supervision
- Company development
- Pre and post contract administration
- Subcontractor and supplier claims
- Work with site management and report to Commercial Director
What you need
- Degree qualified in QS
- 3+ years’ experience
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
