The Company
A Building contractor from Omagh, are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a few years’ experience to join the commercial team. The role will be a mix of office based and on site.
You will be covering residential and commercial projects offering services such as new builds, design, loft conversions, kitchen installations, landscaping.
The Role
- Cost control and monitoring
- Subcontractor and supplier procurement
- Assisting with tenders and completing tenders
- Monthly valuations and variations
- Programming of works
- Contract supervision
- Company development
- Pre and post contract administration
- Subcontractor and supplier claims
- Work with site management and report to Commercial Director
What you need….
- Degree qualified in QS or a relevant field.
- 5+ years’ experience
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
