Quantity Surveyor Dublin €45-65K

A successful company based in the Dublin area have now got an exciting opportunity for an individual to join their team. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3-5 years’ experience to help with their ever-growing requirement for commercial work.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Be responsible for all cost control procedures, including managing and controlling the budget and valuations.
- Maintain budget control throughout different projects.
- Complete accurate costing for each for each aspect of the projects.
- Effectively manage the commercial aspects of projects, including valuations, budget monitoring and contract variations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including contractual and legislative.
- Work within a team of talented professionals ensuring co-ordination and provision across all aspects of project delivery.
- Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Promote collaborative and effective teamworking within the client environment.
- Undertake pre-contract setup, including forecasting, measurement and sub contract tendering.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful individual should hold a degree level qualification in a relevant subject to the job title. Must have a good level of experience working for at least 3-5 years in a similar role. A good level of knowledge relating to the construction industry is very beneficial.
