Quantity Surveyor –Armagh
The Company
A bespoke manufacturer and specialist fit out company in Armagh are looking to expand their commercial team by bringing on a Quantity Surveyor with at least 4 years’ experience!
Working in areas such as Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Heritage & Culture and Marine, you will work in the commercial team and report into the Associate Director. This role will require you to oversee numerous projects at one time, and to effectively work in a pressurised and fast paced environment.

The Role
- Preparing and Analysing costings for tenders
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Performing risk, value management and cost control
- Identifying and analysing, developing responses to commercial risks.
- Writing detailed progress reports
What you need
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 3+years’ experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Full clean driver license
- Proficient in Microsoft and Excel.
