Quantity Surveyor – Dublin
The Company
Northern Irish Specialist Subcontractor working on multimillion-euro projects in Dublin are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years’ experience to be based in Dublin on one of their projects which include Healthcare, Residential and Industrial up to the value of €40 million.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and updating of contact budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Liaison with Surveying Manager
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team
Criteria
- Degree qualified in QS
- 2+ years’ experience
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- A can-do attitude and flexible approach to all tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
- Creating good working relations with people and professionals of all levels involved in the construction industry, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors and others.
