Quantity Surveyor –Antrim
The Company
Award winning high end fit out contractor are growing and need a Quantity Surveyor! You will join a well-structured commercial team and both manage your own projects whilst assisting with larger scale ones. With work in Northern Ireland, Ireland, and the UK, you will have some travel to site, however this will be minimal. This contractor works on hotels, restaurants, retail, high end housing and offices. You will report into the commercial director, this role is fast paced and you will work to tight deadlines.

The Role
- Preparing and Analysing costings for tenders
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Performing risk, value management and cost control
- Identifying and analysing, developing responses to commercial risks.
- Writing detailed progress reports
What you need
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 4+years’ experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Full clean driver license
- Proficient in Microsoft and Excel.
