Quantity Surveyor – South Dublin
The Company
Award winning leading construction company based in Dublin has been steadily growing the last 20 years and still continues to do so.
Looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor, based in the office with some travel to sites in and around Dublin. You will have work on projects of general contracting, including commercial & retail, residential, industrial, hotel & leisure, healthcare & pharmaceutical.
The Role
- Preparation and updating of contact budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Liaison with Surveying Manager
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team
What you need
- Degree in QS/relevant discipline
- 5+ years’ experience
- Contracting Experience
- Self-motivating
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience of working as a QS in the Irish Construction Industry.
