Junior Quantity Surveyor – Meath

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor joining the commercial team you will assist the Senior Quantity Surveyors in the management of the commercial aspects of all projects. This contractor is looking a very driven and determined individual to immerse themselves in the culture of the business and have the right attitude for success.
This contractor works across a range of sectors which provide you with new challenges and keep variety in your workload. These sectors are inclusive of commercial, retail, educational, healthcare, residential and leisure, with the value of their projects reaching €20 million.
The Role
- Recording and Monitoring variations with contracts and assessing costs
- Measuring construction works on site and valuing work
- Forecasting the final costs of projects
- Recording costs, monitoring risks and compiling in monthly reports
- Liaising with clients.
What you need
- Degree in QS or relevant discipline
- Ambitious, commercially astute and hard working.
- Full clean driver license
- Proficient in Microsoft and Excel.
