Quantity Surveyor – North Dublin
The Company
A reputable company in Dublin, with an impressive profile of completed projects, are looking to further expand their team. They have a number of live projects at the minute ranging in value from £3m - £5M million including, Commercial/Industrial, Pharmaceuticals, Residential and Civils.
This contractor boasts an excellent track record of retaining staff through mentoring and developing their talent.
The Job:
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management reports when instructed
- Contributing to achieve appropriate commercial result and report on contract profitability
- Ensure works are valued and payment obtained in accordance with the contract terms
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and cost plans and in the development of programmes for the delivery
- Contribute to the formulation of the monthly financial reports, both internal management accounts and external applications for payment
What you will have:
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
- Experience 4- 5 years
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Presentable and articulate
- Excellent organiser with proven time management skills
