Quantity Surveyor- Dublin
Award winning property developer working on large scale projects across commercial, residential, retail, industrial and leisure. Seeking to expand their commercial team with an experienced quantity surveyor with at least 5 to 6 years’ experience. This is an ideal opportunity to oversee a large scale building projects and work with talented and skilled workforce.
The Role
- Cost Management, ensuring the project remains in budget
- Prepare tendering projects
- Providing support within Project Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- Effective management of main contract and subcontract accounts
- Preparing interim valuations, identifying and valuing variations
- Dealing with Contractual matters
Quantity Surveyors Criteria
- Degree Qualified in QS or Construction Management
- Experience working in Property Development /Building
- 5-6 years’ experience
- Highly motivated hard-working individual who can work on their own or as part as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
