Quantity Surveyor- Derry/Londonderry
The Company
Successful civils outfit have an opening to join the commercial team, looking a quantity surveyor with a few years plus experience preferably in civils, the role is based locally and will not involve travel.
Projects are across NI / ROI, England and Scotland on large scale civils works.
The Role
- Preparation and updating of contact budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Liaison with Senior Management
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team
What you need
- Degree in QS or relevant field
- 6+years’ experience-civils
- Industry knowledge and understanding
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
- Driven Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
