Quantity Surveyor – Tyrone
Developer located in Tyrone working in Mid Ulster have an exciting opportunity available for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team!
Working on all residential developments you will be have at least 3 years’ experience, with a knowledge of the NI market.
Role
- Cost control and monitoring
- Subcontractor and supplier procurement
- Assisting with tenders and completing tenders
- Monthly valuations and variations
- Programming of works
- Contract supervision
- Company development
- Pre and post contract administration
- Subcontractor and supplier claims
- Work with site management and senior management
Criteria
- 3+ years’ experience
- Degree in QS or Construction related
- Highly motivated hard-working individual
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
