Quantity Surveyor
Specialist Fit out contractor based in Belfast are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, you will report into the directors and receive support and structure from their expertise in surveying. They work with small independent businesses to blue chip companies, with an impressive portfolio of clients both in NI and ROI you will have an opportunity to build relationships within the industry.
Quantity Surveyors Role
- Cost control and monitoring
- Subcontractor and supplier procurement
- Assisting with tenders and completing tenders
- Monthly valuations and variations
- Programming of works
- Contract supervision
- Company development
- Pre and post contract administration
- Subcontractor and supplier claims
- Work with site management and report to Commercial Director
Quantity Surveyors Criteria
- 3+ years’ experience – fit out preferably but not essential
- Degree in QS or Construction related
- Highly motivated hard-working individual
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
