The Company
Local Contractor specialising in modular building have been experiencing increasing workload and are expanding their workforce. Looking to bring an additional Quantity Surveyor into a well establish team of skilled professionals, seeking an innovative and forward-thinking individual. You will need experience within building and knowledge of the NI market, and have the ability to confidently perform your role independently.
The Role
- Complete take off quantities and assist in tender preparations.
- Produce BOQs.
- Oversee and run reports for measurements and variances.
- Prepare and submit weekly financial reports.
- Monthly cost/value reconciliation.
- Run multiple projects at the one time.
- Prepare and submit variations, final accounts and contract documentation.
- Advise management on contractual matters.
- Attend site meetings and work closely with Project team.
What you need
- Degree in QS or equivalent
- Excellent IT Skills
- Proactive and Flexible working approach and ability to adapt
- 5+ years’ experience
