Inform3 is recruiting for a multi award winning commercial construction company in South Dublin for a senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.

The Organisation has been in business for over 40 years and delivers new build, fit out and refurbishment projects up to the value of €15m. Having worked on many notable and challenging projects the organisation has developed a reputation for excellence, quality construction work and exemplary project management. The successful candidate will need a hands-on approach to problem solving, have the ability to see the bigger picture and deliver on the smallest detail. Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Reporting to manager
• Identify potential commercial risks and ensure prompt reporting of risks to management.
• Provide costing, margin and cashflow reports for projects
• Ability to work alongside design team, sub-contractors and the construction team
• Ensure compliance from construction team on contract programme/ schedule
• Carry out monthly valuations
• Identify, Analyse and report on trends within the Business & Projects
• Agree final accounts

Successful Criteria:

• BSc Quantity Surveying
• 10+ Years’ experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail orientated
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• IT literate
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Ability to use own initiative and work as an individual or as a team is essential
