Quantity Surveyor
Job Location: Donegal

Inform3 are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a busy commercial team in Donegal - all commutable from Fermanagh, Tyrone & Derry/Londonderry.
The successful candidate will be required to provide commercial support to their contract and project teams, by maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements whilst ensuring the company objectives are achieved.
You will liaise with client and customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Preparation of sub-contract tender packages and issuing for tender.
- Awarding sub-contract packages.
- Completion of budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Completion of valuations.
- Negotiation with Clients QS or their appointed agents.
- Evaluations for projects claims and sub-contractor payments.
- Identifying and investigating variances between forecast and actual performance.
- Negotiation of final accounts for given contracts.
- Recommendations for sub-contractor payments.
- Negotiating specifications where necessary.
Quantity Surveyor Job Specification:
- Experience working with a Main Contractors in NI or ROI.
- Experience of handling 3 or 4 projects at one time.
- 1 – 5 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Good communication skills dealing with S/C, clients, and colleagues.
- Well organised – this is due to dealing with multiple jobs at a time.
- Ability to work on your own and within a team environment.
- Full Driver License.
