Quantity Surveyor – Germany
The Company
Highly reputable civil engineering contractor based in Donegal town are on the lookout for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and work on rotation on a data centre project in Germany!

The Role
- Negotiating and appointing sub-contractors to projects.
- Managing sub-contractor package’s through from appointment to final account.
- Dealing with all commercial matters with clients.
- The submission of all valuations and variations on schemes.
- Providing monthly cost reports in line with project budgets.
- Building close working relationship with Contracts Manger’s and Site teams to deliver quality projects.
- Identifying cost issues.
- Undertaking any other duties as allocated.
Criteria
- Degree in QS or relation construction discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience
- Ideally civils background (utilities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
- Full clean driver license.
