Graduate/ Junior Quantity Surveyor

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new requirement for a highly reputable house builder. This company has an excellent reputation for training and development. For over 20 years the organisation has delivered services in both the construction and civil engineering industry. The successful candidate will be working with an award-winning project team on a residential scheme. The organisation offers a very competitive salary and package.

Duties:

• Assisting senior Quantity surveyor with monthly cost/ value reports
• Assisting in the preparation and submitting of monthly valuations
• Assisting in the preparation of final accounts
• Negotiation of accounts and quotations
• Assist with general administration/ management of all staff
• Liaise with members of other times

Criteria:

• BSc degree in quantity Surveying
• 1+ years’ experience
•  Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
• The ability to work in a team as well as an individual
• The ability to use own initiative
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
