Quantity Surveyors – All Levels
Rightpath Recruitment is working with a leading Building & Civil Engineering Contractor who has the requirement for Quantity Surveyors at all levels. The award-winning company has built an excellent reputation within both the Irish and UK market for delivering high quality projects up to the value of £200M. They are a market leader in the building of; Pharma & Medteck, Industrial, Hotels, Student Accommodation and Healthcare. Excellent salaries and packages for all levels.
Duties
- Overall financial, contractual and legal contract of their projects.
- Knowledge & understanding of our obligations under the Contract.
- Preparation of contract budget including PEP.
- Maximise Value Recovery.
- Administer Contract Records.
- Measurement and valuation.
- Production and agreement of Final Accounts.
- Form Relationship with PQS/Client/consultants/Supply Chain.
Criteria
- Experience in the commercial and project management sector
- Related qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Experience pricing large projects
- Client facing experience
- Tender delivery
- Budget and deadline management
- Cost and planning management
- Contractor background
